Privacy, in plain English.

When you apply for an engagement, the form asks for:

• Your name and email address
• Your organization and your role
• The practice you are interested in
• Your revenue band and how urgent the situation is
• Your message
• Your Diagnostic scores, only if you choose to include them

We use this to assess your application and to reply to you, and for nothing else.

Your application reaches us by email, through our mail provider. You receive a short acknowledgement email so you know it arrived. That acknowledgement is fixed text and does not repeat anything you wrote.

We keep an application for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it. If you become a client, it becomes part of your engagement file.

We never sell your information, and we never share it with anyone for marketing.

The Seven-Pillar Diagnostic runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent anywhere while you score.

Nothing reaches us unless you choose “Send my results”, which places your scores in the intake form so you can review them and send them with your application.

We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device and builds no personal profile. It tells us, in aggregate, which pages are read and how quickly they load.

The intake form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells people from bots. To do that it evaluates signals from your browser. Cloudflare uses that data to run the check, not for advertising.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attack.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, write to us. We answer every request within 30 days.

If this page changes, the effective date above changes with it.
