AI & Automation
For operators buried in manual work. We build the agents, pipelines and dashboards that answer leads, chase follow-ups and put the numbers in front of you every morning. Then we monitor them, because a system nobody watches fails quietly.
- Engagement
- AI Systems Sprint
- Duration
- Four to six weeks
- Built with
- Claude Code and current AI models
- After launch
- Monitoring, alerting and spend caps
03.1Commitments
What we commit to
We commit to process and deliverables, in writing. Every system is built against a written map of your work, and every system ships with the controls that keep it honest.
Before we build, you will have a written map of the workflows worth automating, ranked by the hours they cost you.
Within four to six weeks your first system will be live, documented and handed to your team.
Every system will ship with monitoring, alerting and a hard spend cap, so nothing fails quietly or runs up a bill.
You will own the accounts, the data and the documentation.
After launch we will monitor what we built and correct what drifts.
03.2Situations
You are here if
The work that buries an operator is rarely difficult. It is repetitive, it happens at night, and it depends on someone remembering.
- Leads wait hours for a reply, and some never get one.
- Follow-ups live in someone's memory.
- Your team retypes the same data into three systems.
- The weekly numbers take a day to assemble and are stale when they arrive.
- You want to watch a market or a competitor, and nobody has the hours.
- You tried an AI tool, and it became one more tab nobody opens.
03.3Scope
Scope of services
Systems that run at night, answer to a spend cap and report to a person in the morning.
Workflow automation
Handoffs between your forms, inbox, calendar, CRM and books, without retyping.
AI agents
Intake, follow-up and scheduling agents that answer in minutes and hand off to a person at the right moment.
Data pipelines and scrapers
Market and lead intelligence gathered from public sources on a schedule.
LLM-scored pipelines
Every record scored against your criteria, so your team reads the best ten, not the first hundred.
KPI dashboards
The numbers that run the business, current every morning.
Self-hosted infrastructure
Servers and services you own, with monitoring, alerting, automated backups and self-healing watchdogs.
Websites
Fast, accessible sites wired into your intake and follow-up.
03.4Phases
How the engagement runs
The AI Systems Sprint takes four to six weeks from the first conversation about your work to a monitored system in production.
04 phasesAI Systems Sprint, four to six weeks
- Phase 1
Map
We sit with the work as it happens and write down every step, handoff and wait, ranked by the hours it costs.
- Phase 2
Build
The first system is built against the map, on your data, in short increments you review.
- Phase 3
Launch
Monitoring, alerting and spend caps go live with the system. Your team is trained and the documentation is handed over.
- Phase 4
Monitor
We watch what we built, report what it did and correct what drifts.
03.5Proof
The record
Our principal builds with Claude Code and current AI models, and brings 25+ years of running the operations these systems serve. Facility automation came first: at a company co-founded and led by our principal, he defined the operating logic and sequences for facility-wide PLC, Crestron and BACnet integration and took a hands-on part in troubleshooting and validation.
- Nightlyan unattended opportunity pipeline: scrapers across public sources, a Postgres database, LLM scoring against a written profile and documents drafted in four formats, with spend caps and alertingBuilt by our principal with Claude Code
- 18drives in a self-hosted server running a monitored application stack, with alerting, automated backups and self-healing watchdogsBuilt and administered by our principal with Claude Code
Also built
- AI agents, automations, databases and integrations for project workflows.
- A YouTube research dashboard, with scrapers and archivers for video and forum research.
- Working applications and websites.
03.6Questions
Questions, answered
Do we need technical staff?
No. Every system ships with documentation and training for the people who use it, and with monitoring that alerts us when something needs attention.
Who builds the systems?
Our principal builds them with Claude Code and current AI models, drawing on 25+ years of running the operations these systems serve. Every build is documented and monitored.
What does an AI system cost to run?
Every system ships with a hard spend cap and alerting, set with you before launch, so model and hosting costs stay inside a number you chose.
Where does our data live?
In accounts you own. Where the work calls for it, we build on self-hosted infrastructure so sensitive data stays on hardware you control.
What happens when something breaks?
Monitoring and alerting launch with every system, and self-healing watchdogs restart the common failures automatically. What they do not fix reaches us as an alert.
Will AI replace my team?
We automate the retyping, the chasing and the assembling, so your people spend their hours on customers and on judgment.
